AI Agents are the voice assistants that handle your calls. Navigate to AI Agents in the sidebar to view, create, and manage them.
How Agents Are Created
Agents in Voxifi are based on catalog templates — pre-built agent designs for common use cases. When you create an agent, you choose a template from the catalog and configure it with your specific details (business name, services, contact info, etc.).
This means you don't need to write AI prompts from scratch. The template handles the conversation logic; you fill in the details that make it specific to your business.
Plan Limits
The number of AI agents you can have active at once depends on your plan:

If you reach your limit, you'll need to delete an existing agent before creating a new one, or upgrade your plan.
