Organization Settings
This guide covers how to view and configure your organization's settings in Voxifi.
Accessing Settings
- Click Settings in the sidebar
Permission Required
Only the Owner can edit organization settings. Admins can view but not change settings.
Organization Profile
Basic Information

| Organization Slug | URL-friendly identifier | Read-only after creation |

| Owner | Current organization owner | Owner (via team settings) |
Editing Organization Name
- Go to Settings
- Update the Organization Name field
- Click Save
The name appears in:
- Team member invitations
- Navigation header
Danger Zone
Delete Organization
Irreversible Action
Deleting an organization permanently removes all data including calls, agents, and team members.
To delete your organization:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Organization
- Confirm the action
Requirements:
- Must be the Owner
What gets deleted:
- All AI agents and workflows
- All call history and recordings
- All team members (removed, not deleted)
- All files and webhooks
Troubleshooting
"Cannot Edit Settings"
Possible reasons:
- You're not the Owner (only the Owner can edit)
- Setting is read-only (like org slug)
- Technical error (refresh and try again)
Settings Not Saving
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the page
- Contact support if persistent
