Prepaid Balance

Your prepaid balance covers call usage costs. It is separate from your monthly subscription fee — the subscription gives you platform access and limits, while the balance is consumed as you make calls.

Viewing Your Balance

In the Header

Your current balance is always displayed in the top navigation bar.

In Billing Settings

For detailed information:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. View current balance
  3. See recent transactions

Adding Balance

Step-by-Step

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Add Balance
  3. Enter the amount to add ($10 minimum, $10,000 maximum)
  4. Click Continue to Payment
  5. Complete payment via Stripe
  6. Balance updates immediately

Payment Methods

Stripe accepts:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • Some digital wallets

Limits

  • Minimum: $10
  • Maximum: $10,000 per transaction

Viewing Transactions

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. View the Transactions tab

Transaction Details

Each transaction shows:

  • Date and time
  • Description
  • Amount (+ or -)
  • Running balance

Understanding Call Charges

Call costs are based on:

  • Voice — per-minute charge for the phone call
  • LLM — language model usage for conversation
  • Transcription — speech-to-text processing

The exact cost for each call is visible in Call History. Costs are posted to your balance after each call completes.

Running Low on Balance

Warning Signs

  • Yellow balance indicator in the header
  • Warning shown before starting a call

What to Do

  1. Add funds immediately
  2. Or enable auto top-up
  3. Review recent spending in transaction history

At Zero Balance

When balance reaches $0:

  • Cannot initiate new calls
  • Phone numbers may enter a suspended state
  • Add funds to resume

Troubleshooting

Payment Failed

Balance Not Updated

After a successful payment:

  1. Wait 1-2 minutes
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Check email for a payment confirmation
  4. Contact support if not resolved

Unexpected Charges

If you see unexpected deductions:

  1. Check transaction history for details
  2. Find the associated call ID
  3. Review call history for that call
  4. Contact support with the transaction details

Best Practices

Maintaining Balance

  • Keep balance above your expected daily usage
  • Enable auto top-up for campaigns
  • Monitor spending regularly

Before Campaigns

Before launching a bulk campaign:

  1. Estimate total cost from a small test run
  2. Add a buffer above the estimate
  3. Enable auto top-up as a safety net
  4. Monitor spending during execution
