Calls

How much does a call cost?

Calls are billed based on duration (per minute) plus AI processing costs. The exact cost for each call is visible in your call history after it completes.

Can I record calls?

Yes. Configure recording settings per AI agent.

What happens if a call fails?

Failed calls appear in your call history with a status code. Your balance is not charged for calls that fail to connect.

Can I schedule calls for a specific time?

You can set up automated callback scheduling within your AI agent workflows. For other scheduling needs, contact [email protected].

AI Agents

What AI models power the agents?

Voxifi uses leading language models for conversation. Models are regularly updated for best performance.

How do I improve agent responses?

  1. Refine your system prompt to be specific and clear
  2. Add knowledge files with relevant information
  3. Test with various scenarios using the agent test feature
  4. Iterate based on real call transcripts

How many agents can I create?

This depends on your plan: 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 10 on Scale.

Billing

How does billing work?

Voxifi uses two-part billing:

  1. Monthly subscription — $100, $250, or $500/month depending on your plan. This covers platform access and your included limits.
  2. Prepaid usage balance — Call costs are deducted from a prepaid balance you top up separately.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Can I get a refund?

Prepaid balance is generally non-refundable. Contact [email protected] for refund requests in exceptional circumstances (e.g. account closure or service issues).

What happens when my balance runs out?

New calls will not connect, but your subscription remains active. Set up Auto Top-up to prevent interruptions.

What types of numbers are available?

Can I port my existing number?

What happens if I release a number?

The number is removed from your account and monthly billing stops. Released numbers may be reassigned to others and may not be recoverable.

Security

Is my data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Multi-tenant isolation ensures your data is completely separate from other organizations, enforced at the database level.

Who can access my data?

Only authenticated users in your organization. Voxifi support may access data for troubleshooting with your permission.

Team

How many users can I have?

There is no hard limit on team members.

Can I have multiple organizations?

Each user belongs to one organization. Contact [email protected] for multi-org requirements.

What are the different roles?

  • Owner: Full access including billing and organization management
  • Admin: Full platform access, can invite new members
  • Member: Standard access for making calls and using features

Webhooks

What events can I receive?

  • call.started — Call begins
  • call.ended — Call ends (basic completion info)
  • call.completed — Call ends with full details including transcript and cost
  • call.failed — Call failed to connect

Are webhooks retried on failure?

Yes. Failed deliveries are retried with exponential backoff (up to 5 attempts). Persistently failed events are moved to a dead letter queue.
