Pipedrive
Connecting Pipedrive lets you automatically place outbound calls when events happen in your Pipedrive account — for example, when a deal enters a specific pipeline stage, or when a new lead or person is created.
What It Does
When a Pipedrive event matches the conditions you configure, Voxifi automatically places a call to the phone number on that record using the assistant you select. You can also define outcome rules to move the record to a different pipeline stage based on how the call ends.
Connecting Pipedrive
- Go to Integrations in the sidebar
- Click Pipedrive
- Click Connect
- Authorize Voxifi via OAuth — you'll be redirected to Pipedrive to approve access
- You'll be returned to Voxifi with the integration showing as Connected
Creating an Automation
- Go to Integrations → Pipedrive → Automations
- Click Create Automation
- Give the automation a name
- Choose a trigger — which Pipedrive event should start the automation
- Configure the call settings — which assistant to use, which phone number to call from, and which Pipedrive field holds the recipient's phone number
- Optionally map Pipedrive fields to your assistant's call variables
- Optionally set calling hours to restrict when calls are placed
- Optionally configure outcome rules to move the record to a different stage after the call
- Save
The automation activates immediately.
Trigger Types
| Trigger | Description |
|---|---|
| Deal stage change | When a deal moves to a specific pipeline stage |
| Lead created | When a new lead is created |
| Person created | When a new person is created |
For deal stage change triggers, you select which pipeline and which stage should fire the automation.
Outcome Rules
Outcome rules let you update the Pipedrive record after the call completes. Based on how the call ended (e.g., the customer answered and ended the call, no answer, voicemail), you can automatically move the deal to a specified pipeline stage.
Execution History
Each automation keeps a log of every time it ran:
- Go to Integrations → Pipedrive → Automations
- Click on an automation
- Select Execution History
Each entry shows when it ran, which record triggered it, and whether it succeeded or failed.
Managing Automations
- Enable/disable — Pause an automation without deleting it
- Edit — Update the trigger, call settings, or outcome rules
- Delete — Remove the automation permanently
Disconnecting
- Go to Integrations → Pipedrive
- Click Disconnect
Disconnecting stops all automations from running. Your existing Pipedrive data is not affected.
Troubleshooting
Automation isn't triggering Check that the automation is enabled and that the trigger conditions match the events happening in Pipedrive. Also verify the connection is healthy.
Call isn't being placed Confirm the Pipedrive record has a phone number in the field you selected. Also check that your account has sufficient balance.
I want to use a different Pipedrive account Disconnect the current connection and reconnect with the account you want to use.
