Connecting Cal.com allows your AI agents to check your availability and book appointments during calls.
Connecting Cal.com
- Go to Integrations in the sidebar
- Click Cal.com
- Choose how you want to connect:
Option A: Connect with Cal.com (OAuth)
Click Connect with Cal.com to authorize via OAuth. You'll be redirected to Cal.com to approve access and then returned to Voxifi.
Option B: Use API Key
Click Use API Key and enter a Cal.com API key. Your key must start with cal_. To generate one, go to your Cal.com account: Settings → Developer → API Keys → Create.
Using It With Your Assistants
After connecting Cal.com, configure your assistants to use it for scheduling. Look for the Calendar section when editing an assistant.
Disconnecting
- Go to Integrations → Cal.com
- Click Disconnect
Disconnecting removes Voxifi's access to your Cal.com account. Existing bookings are not affected.
Troubleshooting
Connection shows an error Try disconnecting and reconnecting. If using an API key, verify it hasn't been revoked in your Cal.com settings.
I need to use a different Cal.com account Disconnect the current connection and reconnect with the account or credentials you want to use.
