Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you an overview of your call activity, costs, and AI agent performance for the selected time period.
Filters
At the top of the dashboard, two filters control what data is shown across all cards and charts:
- Time Period — Choose from Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, or Last 30 Days. Defaults to Last 30 Days.
- Assistant — Narrow the view to a specific AI agent, or leave on "All Assistants" to see your entire account.
Use Reset Filters to return to the defaults.
KPI Cards
Six summary cards show the key numbers for your selected period:
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Calls | All call attempts in the period — including completed, failed, busy, and unanswered |
| Average Duration | Mean length of completed calls. Failed calls are excluded. |
| Total Cost | Combined cost of all completed calls in the period |
| Avg Cost Per Call | Average cost per completed call |
| Total Assistants | Number of active AI assistants in your account |
| Monthly Billing | Estimated total for the current calendar month |
Four of the cards (Total Calls, Average Duration, Total Cost, Avg Cost Per Call) show a trend indicator comparing the current period to the equivalent previous period — so if you're viewing Last 7 Days, it compares to the 7 days before that.
Charts
Below the KPI cards, four charts break down your data visually:
Call Volume
A daily bar chart showing how many calls were made each day across the selected period. Useful for spotting patterns — high-volume days, campaign activity, or unexpected drops.
Cost
A daily chart showing your call spend over time. Helps you track whether costs are increasing, decreasing, or spiking unexpectedly.
Outcomes
A donut chart showing the split between Successful and Failed calls, with your overall success rate displayed in the centre.
- Successful — calls that connected and completed normally
- Failed — includes connection errors, timeouts, and busy signals
Top Assistants
A horizontal bar chart of your top 5 AI agents by call volume for the selected period. Bar colour reflects each agent's success rate — green for ≥70%, yellow for ≥50%, red below that. Hover over a bar to see the agent's total calls, average duration, total cost, and success rate.
What to Look For
Low success rate — If your Outcomes chart shows a high proportion of failed calls, check your Call History to identify patterns. Common causes are invalid phone numbers, calls being screened, or issues with the AI agent's configuration.
Rising costs — If the Cost chart trends upward without a corresponding increase in call volume, review your Call History for unusually long calls.
One agent outperforming others — If the Top Assistants chart shows one agent with a much higher success rate, look at how that agent is configured and apply similar settings to the others.
