Managing Phone Numbers
Navigate to Phone Numbers in the sidebar to see all your numbers.
The Phone Numbers List
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Phone Number | The number in E.164 format |
| Name | Optional custom label you gave the number |
| Status | Current provisioning state |
| Billing | Billing status and cost |
| Next Charge | Date of the next monthly charge |
| Assigned To | Which assistant this number is linked to |
| Actions | Delete or other available actions |
Status Values
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ready | Provisioned and available for calls |
| Provisioning | Being set up — available shortly |
| Sync Failed | Purchased but failed to register with the voice provider. Use Retry Sync in Actions. |
| Deleted | Number has been deleted and is in the recovery window |
Assigning a Number to an Assistant
A number can be assigned to an assistant so it is automatically selected when making single calls or campaigns with that assistant.
To update the assignment:
- Find the number in the list
- Click Edit in the Assigned To column
- Select an assistant from the dropdown (or choose Unassigned)
- Click Save
Numbers that are unassigned can still be selected manually when making calls.
