Example Request

Subject: Calls failing with E001 error

Organization: Acme Corp ([email protected])

Issue: Since this morning, all our calls fail immediately with error E001.

Steps:
1. Go to Calls
2. Select any agent
3. Enter any phone number
4. Click "Start Call"
5. Error appears: "E001 - Insufficient Balance"

Note: Our balance shows $50, which should be sufficient.
