Every Voxifi account belongs to an organization:

Key Concepts

Organizations

An organization is your isolated workspace in Voxifi:

• Separate AI agents and phone numbers
• Independent billing and balance
• Isolated data from other organizations
• Shared access among team members

Team Members

People who have access to your organization:

Invitations

How new members join your organization:

1. Owner or Admin sends email invitation
2. Recipient receives secure link (valid for 48 hours)
3. They create or link their account
4. They gain access with the assigned role

Getting Started

As an Owner

When you sign up for Voxifi, you automatically become the Owner of a new organization:

1. Complete account setup
2. Configure organization settings
3. Invite your team members
4. Assign appropriate roles

As an Invited Member

When someone invites you to their organization:

1. Check your email for the invitation
2. Click the secure link (valid for 48 hours)
3. Create your account (or sign in)
4. Start using the platform

Security Features

Data Isolation

• Each organization's data is completely separate
• Members can only see their organization's data
• Row-level security enforced at the database level

Audit Trail

• All actions are logged automatically
• View who did what and when
• Available to all team members

Secure Invitations

• Time-limited invitation tokens (48 hours)
• Single-use links
• Cannot invite someone directly as Owner
