Organization Settings

This guide covers how to view and configure your organization's settings in Voxifi.

Accessing Settings

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar

Permission Required

Only the Owner can edit organization settings. Admins can view but not change settings.

Organization Profile

Editing Organization Name

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Update the Organization Name field
  3. Click Save

The name appears in:

  • Team member invitations
  • Navigation header

Danger Zone

Delete Organization

Irreversible Action

Deleting an organization permanently removes all data including calls, agents, and team members.

To delete your organization:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone
  3. Click Delete Organization
  4. Confirm the action

Requirements:

  • Must be the Owner

What gets deleted:

  • All AI agents and workflows
  • All call history and recordings
  • All team members (removed, not deleted)
  • All files and webhooks

Troubleshooting

"Cannot Edit Settings"

Possible reasons:

  • You're not the Owner (only the Owner can edit)
  • Setting is read-only (like org slug)
  • Technical error (refresh and try again)

Settings Not Saving

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Contact support if persistent
